Greetings, my name is Pammie, I am a certified Loctician/Loc Specialist and Loose-Natural Hair Care provider. I have been self-employed as an independent haircare provider, running a home-based business, for 9 years, which started part-time and is now my full-time business. I have 40+ years of experience with Natural haircare and 9+ years as a Loc Specialist.
