5 Minute Morning Moisture Routine to keep my Locs Light and Soft

Moisture with Rose scented Refresher spray based with rose water and has wheat protein to strengthen your Locs. It nourishes and hydrates your hair while reducing frizz. Aloe vera gel 99.75% pure aloe with the pulp strained out. Peculiar Roots soft boar's hair Loc brush is great for keeping lint low, shining and defrizzing mature Locs. Hair growth serum is excellent for thickening and regrowth of hair loss in problem areas. I have a morning routine I stick to. I do this routine twice a day in the summertime.


Note: this is a sample of my personal daily routine. Your routine can be as simple as a spritz of refresher and seal with a dash of conditioning oil. I use a routine that's so similar to yours because it has helped reduce how often I scratch my scalp. I will admit, I get so tired at times I just do a spray and oil. But I think I need to dedicate the right amount of time AND wash more often

creating a routine can have its challenges indeed. I committed myself strictly for 21 days to my daily routine and it stuck. I learned in psychology years ago, that it takes 21 consecutive days to develop a habit. Give it a try and you will find that even when you are tired, you will find it to be a necessity to take care of your Locs before laying head to pillow.
