Service Description
Coloring service include the following: -For dye, dying the hair with wash and deep conditioning treatment. -Color rinses, complete wash, color application, rinse and deep conditioning treatment. Coloring can be an added service or a separate individual service. As a separate service, the fee includes minimum styling for natural hair but does not include retwist of styling for Locs. *** An allergy color patch test will be done prior to color work. ***Please do not wash hair prior to color jobs. *** The stylist will purchase the color on your behalf if you request it and the cost will be added to your final fee. ***Note: Depending on coverage and length of hair, the service time may be adjusted to accommodate. *** *** NO BLEACH to strip or dye hair*** ***NO permanent boxed black dye, it will not lift out. *** ***Due to change in texture, color treated hair requires added moisture treatments to maintain hair. ***
Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. However, there is one exception, if no one is scheduled after you. A $25 fee will be added once you reach 20 minutes of lateness and an additional $25 per 20 minutes thereafter not exceeding 1 hour. After an hour an automatic penalized cancellation will occur. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward; it will be requested via invoice prior to approval of appointment requests. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Covid / Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
