Service Description
All new clients are required to book a consultation before booking an in-person appointment to start our journey together. Next, you will be sent two emails: -You will receive an email, confirming the date and time you requested your consultation appointment. This email will include the zoom link you will need to connect to for your consultation. (Note: this service must be paid in advance, your appointment will not be locked in until payment for the consultation is received.) -After payment is received and appointment is approved, you will receive and email from your provider, Pammie. This email is very important; it contains a detailed questionnaire that must be completed in full detail and submitted no less than the night prior to your appointment date and time. The consultation is done virtually via Zoom and will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete. This consultation requires your undivided attention and cameras to be on during the call. Come prepared with any questions you may have and remember, there is no such thing as a dumb question except for the one you fail to ask. You won't know unless you ask. The payment for a consultation is nonrefundable. Use link attached to this service to make your payment. I look forward to meeting with you.
Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. However, there is one exception, if no one is scheduled after you. A $25 fee will be added once you reach 20 minutes of lateness and an additional $25 per 20 minutes thereafter not exceeding 1 hour. After an hour an automatic penalized cancellation will occur. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward; it will be requested via invoice prior to approval of appointment requests. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Covid / Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
