Service Description
Full-service Large/Jumbo Loc Retwist: Detox wash and conditioning + towel dried only. Retightening of Locs via interlocking, crochet, or twisting method. Moisturizing and Oiling of scalp and locs. Styles are an added fee, please note that request in the comments as well so adjustments will be made to price and time. **The stylist uses Made for Locs Brand products. If you prefer to use a different brand of products, please bring your products with you to the appointment. (Note: this does not affect the cost of your appointment, you are charged for a service, the products I use is complimentary with your service).
Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. An additional $25 fee will be added to your bill once you've reach 20 minutes of lateness. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Contagious Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
